CINCINNATI— The world is your runway! Celebrate Thanksgiving Eve at the Cincinnati Art Museum’s final Art After Dark event of the year: Transforming Fashion on Wednesday, November 22, 5–9 p.m.

Start the evening in style with free admission to Iris van Herpen: Transforming Fashion, featuring couture creations by one of the most revolutionary fashion designers of the twenty-first century. Credited with introducing 3-D printing to fashion, van Herpen seamlessly blends hi-tech processes with traditional handwork, creating imaginative sculptural garments.

Experience surreal performances by Pones, Steve Kemple, DJ Mowgli and Black Signal, combining fashion, music and performance art all in one night! Inspired by the mind-bending wearable art of local artists FOREALISM-TRIBE and Lindsey Whittle, plus Chicago-based artist Grace DuVal, this collaborative show is not to be missed.

The timeline for Art After Dark includes:

  • 5–6 p.m.: Happy hour, including specialty cocktails.
  • 5–9 p.m.: Free, after-hours access to Iris van Herpen: Transforming Fashion and Albrecht Durer: The Age of Reformation and Renaissance.
  • 5–9 p.m.: Food available for purchase from the Terrace Café.
  • 5–6:30 p.m.: Live music from DJ Mowgli
  • 7–8:30 p.m.: Live music from Black Signal
  • Collaborative performances by Pones, Steve Kemple, DJ Mowgli and Black Signal throughout the evening.
  • 5–9 p.m.: Guests may complete a survey for a chance to win $50 gift certificate to the Museum Shop.
