Evenings for Educators: An Evening with Illustrator, Jeffrey Ebbeler

4:00 – 7:00 p.m. (registration and refreshments 4-5 p.m., program begins at 5 p.m.)

Meet illustrator and native Cincinnatian, Jeffery Ebbeler. Ebbeler has been creating award winning children’s books for over 10 years, and has illustrated nearly 40 picture books. He writes and illustrates the monthly comic series, Nestor’s Dock, for Ask Magazine and previously worked as an art director for a Chicago children’s book publisher. Gain inspiration to develop a classroom curriculum that incorporates storytelling and discuss ways that art can encourage literacy.

Participating teachers will receive CEU certificates in May. Graduate credit available for an additional fee through Ashland University.
