Carl Solway has played a vital role in building contemporary art collections in the Midwest, including many public collections. This exhibition explores some of the most compelling works that have passed through Solway's gallery into the Cincinnati Art Museum's permanent collection. Solway has owned or operated an art gallery in Cincinnati for more than 50 years. The exhibition will include works by John Cage, Ann Hamilton, and Nam June Paik among many others.
