Cincinnati Art Museum Check out the new display in the Mary R. Schiff Library and Archives! To coincide with the end of TV’s “Mad Men” this month, we’re celebrating the work of a Cincinnati ad woman, Romilda Dilley. She was the head artist and art director for the Jenny department store in downtown Cincinnati from 1948 to 1956, and we’re displaying pieces of her artwork that were used to illustrate the store’s ads in The Enquirer. Because the illustrations are so large we can only show two at a time in our case, so we’ll be changing the display each week in May to show off as many of these fantastic pieces as possible. 9 hour ago via Facebook

February 16, 2014 - 01:00 pm to 04:00 pm

Feeling crafty and want some fellowship?  BYOC (Bring Your Own Craft) to the museum on the third Sunday of every month, and create art in a casual, stress-free environment with like-minded individuals.  Don't have a project you're working on? If you will be bringing your own craft material, please note: materials for projects are limited to those that can fit in an 11” x 15” tote bag (dry media only).

Material fee for those not bringing their own project: FREE for Art Museum Members, $5 non-members. Reservations not required.
