ART 360: Donald Judd's Untitled with Mary Claire Angle

August 23, 2014 - 02:00 pm to 03:00 pm

WHERE:
Attendees meet in Front Lobby

Discover new favorites and learn more about old friends! Each month, Art 360 offers visitors the opportunity to look at art in the permanent collection from all angles and to discover the who, what, when, where and why of some of the museum’s greatest treasures. Through extended conversation with museum staff in the galleries, explore the techniques and processes used to make an object and the cultural, historical, and social factors that shaped its creation.

Join Mary Claire Angle, Assistant Director of School-based Learning, for a discussion around Donald Judd’s Untitled. In this Art 360 we will examine Judd’s involvement in the minimalist movement and through a hands-on activity explore the various concepts of what makes an object art.

FREE. Reservations required. Please call (513) 721.ARTS (2787) to purchase tickets.
