A youth holding tree branches stands to his right. A large tree dominates the left foreground. To the right of the tree is a horse-drawn timber wagon filled with cut trees. Another horse and a man stand on the pathway in front of the wagon. In the right background another timber wagon is visible, and two men stand beside other trees that have been cut down.
