Description:
Christ lies on a tiled floor underneath a pavilion with Corinthian columns. He is surrounded by Joseph of Arimathea, Saint John, the Virgin Mary, and Nicodemus. The crown of thorns is on the floor in the foreground. Golgatha is in the distance with the three crosses visible at the top of the hill. Several figures walk down a path from Golgatha.
