Café Coordinator- Terrace Cafe
The Cincinnati Art Museum has opening for the position of part-time Café Coordinator at the Terrace Café in the Art Museum.
The Café Coordinator is responsible for the receiving and seating of guests and performing a variety of other tasks within the Terrace Café which includes but is not limited to: reservation management, guest services, cash drawer handling and counting, daily staff shift scheduling, prepping "to go" orders, and cleaning the front end/ host areas; performing all other responsibilities as directed or as assigned by management.
This is a non-exempt position, hourly paid position and will report to the General Manager and Executive Chef.
A high school diploma or general education degree, as well as 1 year of work experience are required. Work experience should be in the customer service or restaurant service field.
Ability to bend, twist, and stand for moderate periods of time to perform normal job functions.
Requires the ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with customers.
