Museum Shop Sales Associate (part-time/weekends)

The Cincinnati Art Museum has an opening for a part-time sales associate in the Art Museum Gift Shop to work Saturday and Sunday hours: 10:45-5:15.

 

Responsibilities:

Working under the direction of the Museum Shop Manager, duties include but are not limited to the following: maintaining the Art Museum Gift Shop; providing excellent customer service assistance to all visitors; organizing and cleaning displays; restocking merchandise; answering telephones; ringing up sales; and other duties as assigned.

 

Requirements:

A high school diploma or general education degree is required. Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work well with others in a team environment, superb customer service skills and computer skills, and ability to adhere to Museum policies & procedures are necessary. Retail experience is preferred.
