Visitor Research Intern

Visitor Research Intern - Fall 2014


The Cincinnati Art Museum has an immediate opening for a part-time, unpaid intern to work in the Visitor Research department at the Cincinnati Art Museum.


Position Duties and Responsibilities:

The Visitor Research Intern will support in the creation, distribution, and collection of various surveys within the Cincinnati Art Museum. This position will also assist with data analysis by entering and coding sets of data, and by properly organizing and archiving survey materials. The Research Intern will distribute incentives to research participants, write internal satisfaction reports, and conduct survey collection on the floor. The position will also be responsible for supporting major research projects. Work hours are flexible and will vary. The position is part-time, unpaid, and is expected to extend to the winter of 2014.



Applicant must be a high school graduate pursuing a postsecondary degree (preferred degree in Sociology, Marketing Research, Public Administration, Museum Studies, or similar research oriented degrees). Applicant should have strong research, writing, and verbal skills and experience in Excel (SPSS preferred).
