MUSE: Beethoven, Brahms, and Romanticism

May 11, 2014 - 02:00 pm to 03:30 pm

Look. Listen. Learn.

Part-gallery talk and part-classical music concert, this new program created in collaboration with the University of Cincinnati’s College Conservatory of Music (CCM) and College of Design, Architecture, Art, and Planning (DAAP) explores the intersection of the visual arts and music throughout history by shared looking and listening. Each month examines a different era through the lens of the Art Museum’s permanent collection, featuring conversations with DAAP students and live concerts by CCM students. This month we will examine Beethoven, Brahms, and Romanticism with CCM Student Performers.

FREE. Reservations not required. Seating limited.
