Spiritual Pilgrimage in Art will explore how Jewish, Christian, Islamic and Hindupilgrimage traditions are manifested through artistic expression. It will featureacclaimed scholars and the opportunity to view related collections in museums andhouses of worship.
Presented by the Cincinnati Art Museum, the Taft Museum of Art, the Skirball Museum at Hebrew Union College-Jewish Insititute of Religion, the Hindu Temple of Greater Cincinnati, the Islamic Center of Greater Cincinnati, the Center for Interfaith Community Engagement and the Brueggeman Center for Dialogue at Xavier University.
Self-guided tours 6 – 7 p.m.; Pilgrimage: Art and the Journeys of the Spirit Lecture with James Buchanan begins at 7 p.m.
Members of presenting Institutions and Seniors: $30 series; $10 individual programs. General Public: $60 series; $20 individual programs; FREE for students with ID.
