Evenings for Educators - Back in person!
Evenings for Educators is the Cincinnati Art Museum’s monthly teacher professional development program. Through the lens of the Cincinnati Art Museum’s permanent collection and special exhibitions, Evenings for Educators supports all subjects taught in the classroom.
We encourage a STREAM approach as well as 21st Century Learning strategies in the museum and classroom. This program is offered for teachers of all grade levels and disciplines, art appreciation volunteers, pre-service education majors, teaching artists as well as community and museum educators.
TOPIC: Explore Egypt and Butterflies Along the Nile at the Krohn Conservatory
For our final program of the season, we will be partnering with our neighbors at the Krohn Conservatory. Enjoy dinner and a docent guided tour of CAM’s Egyptian collection. Afterwards, it’s field trip time! We will meet at the Krohn Conservatory, transportation not provided. We will hear a short presentation and enjoy a Q&A with an entomologist before self-guiding in the Butterflies Along the Nile exhibit. CEU certificates will be emailed to your following the conclusion of this program. Please join us for this in-person program.
Registration is required.
