Join us for a pop-up performance of Nort h Indian music\, performed by Suhail Yusuf (sarangi)\, Jim Feist (tabla)\ , and Stefan Fiol (sitar). Together they will improvise a mix of popular regional tunes and Hindustani compositions\, all inspired by paintings an d soundscapes within the exhibition Longing: Painting from the Pahari Kingdoms of the Northwest Himalayas. They will be joined by vocalis t Meera Murthi\, whose mellifluous poetic renderings will invite yearning . \;
