Join local chefs\, farmers\, and community foodies for a pane l discussion inspired by the exhibition Farm to Table: Food and Identity in the Age of Impressionism. Just as in l ate-nineteenth century France\, our relationship to food still serves as a poignant reflection of how we live and who we are. Through thoughtful c onversation from a variety of perspectives\, we will explore how food and national identity\, changing notions of restaurant culture\, agricultura l methods\, and food networks relate to contemporary culture and creative expression.
