Doan Ly\, a floral designer and photograph er based in New York City\, will discuss her creative process in floral d esign and storytelling\, and finding the theatricality of the moment. Rec ognized by her dreamy palettes and compositions\, her work often revolves around the colors and flowers that pass through her studio\, as well as the guests who visit\, the assistants who work for her\, and occasionally \, event the lunch delivery person. Together they form an ensemble of per formers\, models\, and subjects for Ly’s collaborative experiments.
