\nAbout the Painting &\; Calligraphy Demonstrations by Artists Yufeng Wang and Yu Ling Huang
\nDr. Yufeng Wang teaches history and Chinese l anguage at Sinclair Community College in Dayton\, Ohio. She is an accompl ished Chinese brush painting artist and has enjoyed sharing Chinese art i n the community. She will demonstrate painting Chinese birds\, flower\, a nd landscape painting and explain the basic techniques of Chinese brush p ainting. Yu Ling Huang teaches Asian Art History at Northern Kentucky Uni versity. She has been practicing Chinese calligraphy for many years. She will discuss the four basic tools of Chinese calligraphy and demonstrate the different styles of writing "dragon" character.
