Painting the Path: The Art of Educating and Creating

Join us for our first ever Evening with an Artist! This program is designed for college students and teachers interested in meeting local working artists and educators. Hear from a local artist or educator, enjoy a sampling of their work to view, and have time to ask questions.

Adoria L. Maxberry is a visual artist, licensed educator, wife and mother of three, based in Cincinnati. As an arts educator and civic leader, she facilitates unique and meaningful art experiences with a focus on creativity, exploration, and reflection. Adoria’s company, Most OutGROWing LLC, is dedicated to helping others grow spiritually, mentally, and creatively through art. She serves as the visual arts educator at Woodford Academy, designer and lead teaching artist for Artworks, and the Emmy-nominated voice actress and lead puppeteer on the Emmy winning, Books Alive! For Kids series Paige's Place. Additionally, Adoria is a member of Black Art Speaks and the lead designer on the letter “M” in the Cincinnati Black Lives Matter mural.
