Artist in Residence Karen Saunders’s installation, You and Me and the Space Between: Our Expedition Starts Now, features little Yarn Creatures of various shapes and sizes to discover and interact with. Since June, visitors to the REC (Rosenthal Education Center) have had fun creating their own versions of Karen’s creatures using felt, googly eyes, popsicle sticks, pipe cleaners, and, most importantly, yarn. REC staff have enjoyed sharing and displaying visitors’ own creative Yarn Creatures so much that we thought it only right to share some of our favorites with you on the blog! Enjoy!
