Through membership, your support helps the Cincinnati Art Museum 365 days a year.
As a member of the Cincinnati Art Museum, you have special access to the museum each Saturday and Sunday during Members Mornings from 10-11 a.m. The museum is open to the public Tuesdays through Sundays. Hours are 11 a.m.–5 p.m. daily and Thursdays from 11a.m.–8 p.m. In addition, members enjoy invitations to exclusive events, discounts when shopping and dining, as well as program discounts and many more benefits!

Q. What information do you need to process my auto-renewal?
A. The transaction will look and feel like a regular online membership payment. Your credit card information is securely kept on file in your record. Your credit card information is stored in such a way that it cannot be used for any transaction except for auto-renewal of your membership. So, you will still need to provide payment information for transactions on other items, such as tickets, merchandise, etc.
Q. When does my membership renew?
A. Your membership will renew on your renewal date. You will receive your membership cards in the mail in two to three weeks.
Q. What amount will I be charged for future terms of membership?
A. Discounts and promotions do not auto-renew. Your auto-renewal charge will be for the regular price amount of your membership level.
Q. My circumstance has changed. How do I update my future auto-renew transactions?
A. You can upgrade your membership at any time by contacting the Membership Department. For cancellation of future auto-renewals, please contact the Membership Department at least three weeks before your renewal date.

Will the museum extend my membership if it was impacted by closure due to COVID-19?
The museum requests your consideration of donating the missing weeks of membership back to the museum, to help ensure the museum has the necessary funds to continue to operate and maintain a world-class facility. Active members are also able to request an adjusted expiration date to restore the remaining balance impacted by the museum’s closure. How do I register for tickets online?
Advanced online registration is required. Register for tickets here. Sign in by entering your email and password associated with your membership account. Select your date of visit and preferred time for entry. Electronic tickets will be sent to the email you submitted. Please be prepared to present your tickets at the front door.
How do I register my membership online?

You are eligible to bring a guest depending on the level of membership (View level benefits above for more information)
How long is my membership active?
Your membership expires one year from the date of purchase, at the end of the month. If you decide to renew early, your membership will extend an additional year from its current expiration date.
How long does it take to receive my membership card?
Your membership cards take approximately two to three weeks to arrive in the mail. They will be attached to an acknowledgement letter that you can use for tax purposes (See membership descriptions for tax deductibility at each level). If you have not received your card after three weeks, please email [email protected] or call 513-639-2966. In the meantime, you can ask for a temporary card at the front desk.
I have not received my membership card in the mail and I want to visit the museum, what can I do?
Your membership is active from the moment of purchase, whether that is online, on-site or by calling our Membership Department. When visiting the museum, please let our staff know if you are a member so that we may honor your benefits and provide you with a temporary membership card.
I lost my membership card, what should I do?
If you have misplaced your membership card, please email [email protected] or call 513-639-2966 to have a new card sent to you.
When can I renew or upgrade my membership?
You can renew or upgrade your membership at any time. If you decide to renew early, your membership will extend an additional year from its current expiration date. To renew or upgrade, log in to your account, and click the membership level you would like to add to your cart.
How can I purchase a gift membership?

How do I update my contact information?

Are memberships refundable or exchangeable?
No, memberships are not refundable or exchangeable.
Is my membership tax-deductible?
By following 501(3)c guidelines, you are able to deduct museum membership fees. Please see membership descriptions for tax deductible amount at each level.
