CINCINNATI – October 21, 2015 – Hear ye, hear ye! Travel back in time with a medieval costume party to celebrate the spooky season and Sublime Beauty: Raphael’s Portrait of a Lady with a Unicorn. The Cincinnati Art museum is hosting Art After Dark: Art of Thrones Friday, October 30 from 5 – 9 p.m. Medieval and mythical creature costumes are encouraged for our costume contest (no masks, fake weapons, or bulky costumes please).
Arrive early for the best parking. Entertainment includes:
6:30 – 8:30 pm – Live music by local citrus rock band, Lemon Sky in the Great Hall
6:30 – 8:30 pm – Snap a selfie with Ohio Renaissance Festival characters
7:00 and 8:00 pm – Cincinnati Screaming Choir readings of “The Raven” in our Mary R. Schiff Library
6:00 – 8:00 pm – Medieval & Mythical Creature Costume Contest Entries Accepted
8:00 pm – Costume contest winners will be announced (prizes TBA).
6:30 pm and 7:30 pm - Guided Ghost tours will meet outside of the Terrace Café
Self-guided Game of Thrones-inspired tour packets will be available in the Front Lobby
Drink and appetizers will be available to purchase. Parking at the Art Museum is $4; FREE parking for Art Museum members.

Art After Dark is the Cincinnati Art Museum’s Final Friday Happy Hour. Unwind after a busy week and enjoy live entertainment and after-hours access to our galleries. General admission to Art After Dark is free, and drinks and appetizers are available for purchase. Reservations are not required. Parking at the Art Museum is $4; FREE parking for Art Museum members.
