We hope you will join us in opportunities to be inspired by art at your Cincinnati Art Museum! Located in the heart of the museum just off the Great Hall, the Rosenthal Education Center (REC) was made possible by a generous donation from The Rosenthal Family Foundation. This one-of-a-kind drop-in space features rotating interactive installations and artmaking activities that bring the museum’s permanent collection and special exhibitions to life for diverse age ranges and learning styles. 

In addition, the REC Artist in Residence program offers opportunities for local artists. From May through October each year, the REC features an exhibition of interactive artwork created for the REC by a local artist or artists, as well as five interactive wall stations highlight works from the museum’s permanent collection selected by the artists.  

By donating to the Cincinnati Art Museum, you contribute to our continued growth and ability to make inspirational spaces like the REC available now and for future generations.

Securities

A gift of securities can be made by having your broker transfer securities directly to the Cincinnati Art Museum’s account. Please contact (513) 639-2006 to obtain the CAM's brokerage information.

Tribute Gifts

Honor and Memorial Gifts are a very special way to remember the loss of a loved one or a wonderful way to celebrate anniversaries, birthdays, accomplishments and special events in the lives of our patrons and people important to them. A tribute is the perfect gift for the special person in your life, the civic-minded friend or loved one who has everything.

Please provide the following information with your honor/memorial gift and mail to the address above:

  • Honorarium or Memorial gift
  • Name of person who is being honored by the gift
  • Name and address of the honoree or family member so we may send an acknowledgment of your donation
  • Your name and address
  • How you would like your name listed in the card to the honoree or family

Matching Gifts

Matching gifts will multiply your donation! Your contribution may be doubled or even tripled through your employer’s matching gifts program. Many companies match contributions made by retired employees as well. Simply inquire at your company’s personnel office for a matching gift form, complete it and send it along with your contribution. Both you and your employer will be recognized for the matching gift contribution.

Cincinnati Art Museum does not employ appraisers and cannot offer monetary assessments of artwork. Members are invited to participate in biannual Consult-a-Curator event, where curators and conservators are available to view artwork and provide general information.
