Join Julie Isphording, local Cincinnatian and long-distance runner who competed in the 1984 Olympics, for this new member opportunity! Stretch and flow on Tuesday evenings in the reading room of the Mary R. Schiff Library and on Sunday mornings in the Marek-Weaver Family Commons. Be kind to your body and reset your mind. Come early and roam the galleries before class on Tuesdays or visit the museum afterwards on Sundays. These sessions are an opportunity to connect not only with yourself and your body but also with other CAM members.
This class is accessible to participants of all levels and abilities, and various modifications will be offered.
Guests must bring their own yoga mats and water bottles.
If you need accessibility accommodations, please contact us in advance at [email protected] or fill out the accessibility request form.
