Join Julie Isphording, local Cincinnatian and long-distance runner who competed in the 1984 Olympics, for this new member opportunity! Stretch and flow in front of a wall of windows overlooking our grounds and Seasongood Pavilion. Start your day by being kind to your body and reset your mind before heading to work or tackling your to-do list. On Sundays, stash your mat in the car and wander back into the museum to visit the galleries, the Terrace Cafe for brunch or do some shopping in the museum shop. These mornings in Marek-Weaver Family Commons are an opportunity to connect not only with yourself and your body but also with other CAM members.
This class is accessible to participants of all levels and abilities, and various modifications will be offered.
Guests must bring their own yoga mats and water bottles.
If you need accessibility accommodations, please contact us in advance at [email protected] or fill out the accessibility request form.
