The surrealist artists responded to the emotions of life with art. In this workshop inspired by the exhibition Longing: Painting from the Pahari Kingdoms of the Northwest Himalayas, participants will respond to the emotion of “longing” by creating individual and collaborative collages using surrealist collage methods. Join us to reflect and create with artist and educator Nandita Baxi Sheth as your guide.
No art experience necessary; all skill levels are encouraged to attend. All materials will be provided. While this program is designed for adults, teens 13+ accompanied by an adult are welcome.
