Saturday Morning Art Class: 3-D Artwork*

Saturdays from Saturday, April 4, 2026 to Saturday, April 18, 2026 from 10 a.m.–noon

Registration required. $30 per child for a four-class session.*
*The April session will run for three weeks only.

This month, investigate sculptures and other 3-D objects in CAM’s collection, then learn how to build your own artwork using an array of materials.

About Saturday Morning Art Class

Build your child’s creative confidence and foundational artistic skills in this drop-off program for young artists ages 9–12. Each monthly four-class session, taught by instructors from the Art Academy of Cincinnati, focuses on a specific medium or technique—such as drawing, painting, printmaking, or textiles. Sessions begin with a guided art viewing experience in the museum’s galleries, where children will engage with inspiring works and ideas. Then, in our ground-floor classrooms, they will dive into hands-on learning and art making, applying what they’ve seen to create their own original pieces. Learn more and register for Saturday Morning Art Class.
