The Cincinnati Art Museum requests that you submit your application for donation at least 45 days in advance. While all donations will be considered, the Cincinnati Art Museum cannot accept every request. 

The museum is unable to make monetary donations, however we do provide select items that can be used for silent auctions, raffles, etc. 

WHO WE SUPPORT 

Generally, events or organizations must be educational, artistic, or children-related to receive a donation. In addition to this, we also request: 

• Recipients be non-profits or businesses hosting a charity. 
• Only one donation request per year. 
• Only organizations based within 150 miles of the Cincinnati Art Museum. 
• Unfortunately, requests for individual or family fundraisers cannot be granted. 

To Request a donation for your organization’s event, please submit the form below. The Art Museum only considers requests that are formally submitted online. All written correspondence will be referred to our website.

The Art Museum does not employ appraisers and cannot offer monetary assessments of artwork. If you are interested in finding an appraiser please visit the International Society of Appraisers. If you are interested in finding a conservator for your piece, please visit American Institute for Conservation.

If you would like one of our curators or a member of our conservation staff to look at a piece of art, CAM Members are invited to participate in our biannual Consult-a-Curator days, where curators and conservators are available to view artwork and provide general information. If you are interested in donating a piece of art to the museum, please email images of your piece to [email protected].
