Public Tours

Every day except Monday, from Saturday, September 26, 2026 to Wednesday, November 25, 2026 from 1–2 p.m.

Free. Registration is not required.
Tours meet in the front lobby.

Want to experience a tour that is forever changing and presents our collection in a new light every day? Our docents (volunteer museum educators) have total creative freedom to choose which artworks they present during a 60-minute tour. “CAM in 60,” formerly known as Highlights of the Collection, is offered Tuesday through Sunday at 1 p.m. and meets in the back left corner of the Front Lobby.

Interested in learning more about a specific piece of artwork, culture, or artistic movement? Let your docent know, and they will include that piece on their tour! Here at the Cincinnati Art Museum, we don’t follow scripted tours; we create tour experiences based on what you are interested in and what works are on display from our fascinating collection.

The third‑Saturday tour includes ASL interpretation.

Homeschool and school groups as well as groups of 10 or more people are not permitted on public tours. Please reach out to the Tour Coordinator and submit a tour request form to ensure the best possible tour for your group.
