Visitor Service Aides work directly with visitors to ensure they feel welcome and have an overall positive experience at the art museum.
Visitor Service Aides assist visitors in a variety of roles. Weekday and weekend daytime shifts are available during the museum’s visiting hours, with occasional evening shifts available. Schedules are flexible and shift assignments are based on the volunteer’s varying availability.
Experience behind the scenes tours of special exhibitions, various perspectives on the Cincinnati Art Museum’s collections and insight into the museum’s operations. Visitor Service Aides attend training sessions on the second Tuesday morning each month from September through May. Social events and outings are also offered occasionally.

Free general admission to the Cincinnati Art Museum is made possible by a gift from the Rosenthal Family Foundation. Exhibition pricing may vary. Parking at the Cincinnati Art Museum is free.
