Art on The Rise in April celebrates Earth Day! Join us for community artmaking with recycled materials led by artist SLiNK.

SLiNK is a painter, as well as curator, teacher, and designer. Currently completing their MFA at the University of Cincinnati DAAP, They've held il/legal art experiences anywhere from abandoned construction sites to local breweries to an established residency in Berlin. She is the sole proprietor of SLiNK.love, a handmade collection of fine art and wearables. They are the other half of Small World Market and play the role of Creative Director. They take great pride in making unforgettable immersive experiences. SLiNK is dedicated to creating opportunities, equalizing access, encouraging sustainable lifestyle choices, and curating atmospheres of preventive care.

What’s the buzz about?

The Cincinnati Art Museum hosts several hives, surrounded by our pollinator garden—so what’s the buzz about bees? Art on the Rise guests will have the opportunity to talk with our partner, the Queen City Pollinator Project (QCPP), to find out more about our bees and their role in the environment.
